Premera Crystal Densifier is a single-component, spray-on sol-gel based quartz polymer that simultaneously densifies concrete and chemically fuses a polishable, crystal-clear quartz-mineral barrier into and on top of the concrete surface. Applied directly to 100 transitional profile concrete, Crystal Densifier is burnish-ready in just one hour — allowing crews to skip all intermediate resin steps and go straight to burnishing with a diamond pad.

As Step 1 of the Premera One Day Polish System, Crystal Densifier dramatically reduces the time required to achieve a polished concrete finish while delivering high chemical and abrasion resistance. Pair with Premera Crystal Guard (Step 2) for a complete, protected polished concrete system.

One Day Polish System – How It Works

• Step 1 – Crystal Densifier: Spray onto 100 transitional profile concrete. Wait 1 hour. Burnish with diamond pad (up to 3000 grit) to achieve mirror finish. Match grit spec to desired finish — e.g. 400 grit spec = burnish with 400 grit diamond pad.
• Step 2 – Crystal Guard: Protects the polished surface from food and drink acids and stains. Can be continuously burnished to maintain sheen.

Production Rate

Using the Premera One Day Polish System, 1 crew of 2 people with 1 burnisher can polish approximately 2,000 sq ft of 100 transitional profile concrete to 3,000 grit per hour.
