Polycoat PC-260 – Two-Component Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane

Fast-Setting, 100% Solids Elastomeric Coating for Decks, Floors & Vehicular Surfaces

PC-260 is a two-component, fast-setting, fast-curing, solvent-free, flexible, high-performance polyurethane elastomeric coating engineered for demanding waterproofing applications. As a 100% solids product, PC-260 can be applied at any thickness without off-gassing — making it ideal for enclosed spaces, thick-film applications, and situations where VOC restrictions apply.

Its fast gel time makes PC-260 suitable for application in temperatures as low as 20°F (-6°C), extending the working season for cold-climate installations. The product is translucent gray; tint may be added to achieve a solid color. Available in 5 gallon kits.

Typical Deck Coating System

1. Base coat: Apply PC-260 at approximately 50 sq ft per gallon. Allow to set up enough to walk on (2–3 hours).
2. Broadcast coat: Apply a second coat of PC-260 and broadcast 100% decorative flakes or quartz granules into the wet coating.
3. Topcoat: Apply a clear protective polyurethane (e.g. PPG Pitthane) or polyaspartic (e.g. CHEM1000PG) over the broadcast layer.
