PP-CF is a two-part, high-penetration, rapid-curing polyurea hybrid for repairing and reconstructing damaged concrete. This product is a 1:1 ratio system, easy to mix, with a 98% solids content, and VOC compliant.
PP-CF can be used to secure anchor bolts, repair damaged control joints, fill spalling, and rebuild vertical curbs and steps. Sand or gravel can be added to increase material volume and act as filler for repairing large chips, holes, and cracks.
It has a working temperature range of 23°F to 100.4°F (-5°C to 38°C) and cures in just 10 minutes at 71.6°F (22°C) with excellent adhesion. It is self-leveling, self-priming, and ready for use in 10 to 20 minutes.
The 1:1 mixing ratio by volume simplifies preparation. This product is highly resistant to chemicals and ideal for industrial floor repairs subjected to forklift traffic and harsh conditions.
