PowerPAVE Low Temperature Urethane Binder is a high-performance, 100% solids polyurethane binder engineered for rubber paving applications in cooler conditions. Designed to cure efficiently between 10–18°C, this low viscosity formula ensures smooth mixing, easy application, and consistent results when standard binders may struggle.

This single-component, moisture-cured binder delivers rapid curing speeds, helping reduce downtime and keep projects moving. Its flexible, shock-absorbing properties create a durable surface that resists cracking and wear over time, making it ideal for high-traffic areas.

Formulated with MDI-based aromatic polyurethane, this binder offers excellent strength and adhesion. As expected with aromatic systems, it will naturally amber with UV exposure. The degree of aesthetic color change will vary based on sun exposure, amount of binder used, environmental conditions during application and color of rubber crumb.
