PowerPAVE High Temperature Aromatic Urethane Binder is a premium, 100% solids polyurethane binder specifically formulated for rubber paving applications in warmer conditions. Designed to perform between 21–39°C, this low viscosity system provides extended working time and controlled curing, allowing for precise installation and improved finish quality in hot weather.

This single-component, moisture-cured binder ensures consistent bonding with rubber crumb while maintaining flexibility and strength. Its slower cure profile helps prevent premature setting, making it ideal for larger installations or projects exposed to elevated temperatures.

This binder is MDI based and will by nature amber when exposed to UV light. The degree of aesthetic color change will vary based on sun exposure, amount of binder used, environmental conditions during application and color of rubber crumb.
