VersaGuard™ Concrete Waterproofing Treatment

VersaGuard™ with InnerCrete™ Membrane Technology is a high-performance, penetrating concrete waterproofing treatment that provides permanent internal protection without changing the surface profile. It is designed for bare concrete that will be painted, coated, sealed, used for flooring installation, or left natural.

Rather than forming a topical film, VersaGuard™ chemically modifies concrete to create an integral waterproofing barrier 2 to 4 mm below the surface. This supports moisture mitigation, durable concrete performance, and strong long-term compatibility with nearly all secondary treatments and coating systems.

Permanent Internal Waterproofing for Concrete

VersaGuard™ protects concrete and Portland-cement-based substrates from the inside out. It will not peel, delaminate, or wear away like traditional topical sealers and membranes, making it a practical choice where long-term concrete waterproofing and surface readiness matter.

How to Apply VersaGuard™

1. Apply to clean, bare concrete, whether damp or dry.
2. Use a low-pressure pump sprayer for even application.
3. Agitate the treatment into the surface using a stiff-bristle broom.
4. Do not allow excess product to pool or harden. Wipe away any excess.
5. Allow the treatment to react for several hours before reopening the surface or applying additional treatments.

Coverage and Available Sizes

VersaGuard™ covers approximately 150 to 250 sq. ft. per US gallon. Coverage varies with concrete age, condition, and porosity. Avoid over-application and surface pooling.
