VersaGuard™ Concrete Waterproofing Treatment

Permanent, internal waterproofing and durability protection for concrete and cementitious substrates

VersaGuard™ is a high-performance, penetrating concrete waterproofing treatment designed to provide permanent internal protection without altering the surface profile. It is ideal for applications where concrete will be painted, coated, sealed, or left natural, and where maximum adhesion and long-term durability are required.

Unlike traditional topical sealers or membranes, VersaGuard™ chemically modifies the concrete to create an integral waterproofing barrier 2–4 mm below the surface, delivering consistent protection that will not peel, delaminate, or wear away.

Reducing alkalinity and regulating pH levels

Retaining full surface compatibility for future coatings or treatments

Application Instructions (Summary)

Apply to clean, bare concrete (damp or dry)

Use a low-pressure pump sprayer

Agitate into the surface using a stiff bristle broom

Do not allow excess product to pool or harden on the surface — wipe away any excess

Allow to react for several hours before reopening the surface or applying additional treatments

Suitable for concrete with:

≤ 12 pH

< 12 MVER

99% RH or greater

Effective on untreated concrete and cement-based substrates only

Coverage

150–250 sq. ft. per US gallon

Coverage varies based on concrete age, condition, and porosity. Avoid over-application and surface pooling.
