Poly-I-Gard™ 295OF is a two-component, hybrid aliphatic polyurea elastomeric membrane engineered for high-performance waterproofing on concrete, plywood, and metal surfaces. Solvent-free and high-solids, it delivers a seamless finish that resists UV degradation, moisture, and heavy traffic — indoors or out.

Applied as a single or multiple-coat system, this fast-setting polyurea membrane cures rapidly even in cold conditions (as low as 20°F / -6.67°C), minimizing downtime on demanding projects. Meets USDA criteria and is non-gassing, making it suitable for food-safe and sensitive environments.
