Husqvarna K 760 Cut-n-Break – Gas Power Cutter for Deep, Precise Concrete Cutting
16" Cutting Depth. No Corner Overcutting. Twin Blades Included.
K 760 Cut-n-Break 9" – 967 19 57-01 | Twin Blades & Breaking Tool Included
The Husqvarna K 760 Cut-n-Break is a professional gas power cutter engineered for contractors who need deep cutting depth with precise corner control — without the overcutting that limits ring saws and standard disc cutters. Using Husqvarna's patented Cut-n-Break method, the K 760 cuts up to 16 inches deep from one side using two high-speed 9" blades that create a controlled core, which is then removed with the included breaking tool. The result: deep, clean cuts with no corner overcutting, lower diamond tool wear, and reduced cutting costs per job.
- Cutting Depth – 16 inches
- Blade Diameter – 9 inches (twin blades)
- Weight – 21.2 pounds
- Power Source – Petrol (Gas)
Delivered with twin blades and breaking tool. Wet cutting. No additional blades required to get started.
Estimated Shipping: 2–5 business days depending on availability.
Built for Deep Concrete Cutting Without Corner Overcutting
From window and door opening adjustments in reinforced concrete to expansion joint cutting, groove work, and deep structural cuts, the K 760 Cut-n-Break handles the precision applications where overcutting corners is not acceptable. Its step-by-step Cut-n-Break method reduces diamond segment wear by cutting a controlled core rather than grinding through the full material width — lowering tool cost per cut and extending blade life on high-production jobs. Fully compatible with wet cutting for dust suppression on indoor and outdoor concrete work.
Cut-n-Break Method – 16" Deep, Zero Corner Overcutting, Lower Tool Cost
The Cut-n-Break system uses two 9" blades mounted in tandem to make parallel cuts that define a controlled core in the material. The core is then removed with the included breaking tool — leaving a clean, deep cut with square corners and no overcutting. This method reduces the contact area between diamond segments and material compared to a single large blade, significantly lowering diamond wear and cost per linear foot of cut. Twin blades and breaking tool are included as standard.
5 HP X-Torq® Engine – Optimized Power, Lower Emissions
The K 760's X-Torq® 2-stroke engine with digital ignition, optimized cylinder design, air purge, and decompression valve delivers 5 hp of consistent cutting power with lower fuel consumption and reduced emissions than conventional 2-stroke engines. The engine starts reliably in any weather and maintains consistent blade speed through the full depth of cut — critical for clean, controlled Cut-n-Break passes through reinforced concrete.
Smooth Blade Stop, Anti-Vibration & Progressive Water Valve – Operator Safety & Comfort
The smooth blade stop system reduces deceleration time when the machine is switched off — allowing operators to move quickly between cuts without waiting for blades to coast down. Vibrations below 2.8 m/s² at both handles reduce fatigue on extended cutting sessions. The progressive wet cutting water valve gives precise control over water volume for effective dust suppression with minimal slurry.
Performance Benefits for Contractors
- 16" cutting depth from one side — handles thick reinforced walls and deep structural cuts in one pass
- Zero corner overcutting — precise openings for window/door adjustments without damaging adjacent structure
- Lower diamond tool cost — Cut-n-Break method reduces blade wear vs. single large-diameter disc cutting
- Twin blades & breaking tool included — ready to cut out of the box, no additional tooling required
- 5 hp X-Torq® engine — consistent power with lower fuel consumption and reduced emissions
- Smooth blade stop — faster transitions between cuts for higher production output
- Wet cutting with progressive water valve — precise dust suppression with minimal slurry
- Anti-vibration handles — low vibration (1.9–2.8 m/s²) for all-day operator comfort
- Lightweight at 21.2 lbs — manageable in tight spaces and on elevated surfaces
- Versatile applications — wall openings, expansion joints, groove cutting, cast concrete, and deep structural cuts
