Two 3-Gallon 100% Solids Tinted Epoxy Basecoat Kits – Self-priming epoxy basecoats that provide a strong foundation for your floor.

100 lbs of 1/4" Decorative Vinyl Flakes – Create a customized, decorative finish with your chosen flake blend.

Five 2-Gallon Kits of 85% Solids Clear Polyaspartic Topcoat – A durable, protective clear coat that completes your flooring system.

Your epoxy basecoat is colour-matched to complement your selected decorative flake blend.

The general process involves:

Prepare Your Concrete: Ensure your concrete is clean, dry and properly prepared for coating. Surface preparation methods can vary depending on your concrete's condition, with options including mechanical grinding and compatible surface preparation products. Our team can help you determine the best approach for your project.

Apply Your Epoxy Basecoat: Mix and apply the tinted 100% solids epoxy to the prepared concrete.

Broadcast Decorative Flakes: Apply your selected flake blend into the wet epoxy.

Prepare for the Topcoat: Once the epoxy has cured sufficiently, remove loose excess flakes and prepare the surface according to the installation instructions.

Apply Your Polyaspartic Topcoat: Finish with the clear protective coating and allow the floor to cure before returning it to service.
