Husqvarna K 7000 Chain Flushcut – PRIME™ Electric Concrete Chain Saw for Professional Contractors

550mm Cutting Depth. Flush to Any Surface. Zero Emissions. Dual-Phase Electric.

K 7000 Chain Flushcut – 970 81 29-01 | Compatible with PP 8, PP 70, PP 220 & PP 492

The Husqvarna K 7000 Chain Flushcut is a professional high-frequency electric concrete chain saw engineered for contractors who need deep cutting depth, flush-cut capability, and precision corner control — without gas emissions. Part of the PRIME™ modular system, the K 7000 Chain Flushcut delivers 550mm (21.6") of cutting depth with a bar-mount design that cuts flush against walls, floors, and ceilings. It creates openings as small as 4" × 4" with no corner overcutting — making it the ideal complement to wall saws on demanding indoor concrete cutting jobs.

Compatible with PP 8, PP 70, PP 220, and PP 492 power packs. Bar and chain sold separately.

Estimated Shipping: 2–5 business days depending on availability.

Built for Flush Cutting, Corner Cuts & Deep Openings on Indoor Job Sites

From corner cuts without overcutting and load-bearing beam installation to pipe trench cutting, ventilation duct openings, and irregular small openings, the K 7000 Chain Flushcut handles the precision applications that wall saws and standard power cutters can't reach. Its bar-mount design achieves smooth, precise cuts flush against any surface — walls, floors, or ceilings — with no standoff distance required. Zero exhaust emissions make it the right tool for occupied buildings, hospitals, tunnels, and any emission-regulated indoor job site.

PRIME™ Intelligent Power System – Optimized Performance on Every Cut

When paired with a PP 70, PP 220, or PP 492 power pack, the K 7000 Chain Flushcut's PRIME™ system communicates in real time between the power pack and motor — automatically optimizing RPM and power output for each cut through varying material hardness. The result: consistent chain speed, maximum cutting efficiency, and reduced motor wear — with no manual adjustment required by the operator.

X-Halt™ Blade Brake & Dual-Phase Power – Safety & Job-Site Flexibility

When connected to a PP 8 or PP 70 power pack, the X-Halt™ blade brake stops chain rotation in a fraction of a second — a critical safety feature on active indoor job sites. The K 7000 Chain Flushcut operates on both single-phase (220–240V) and three-phase (200–480V) power — giving contractors the flexibility to connect to whatever power source is available without a generator.

Flush-Cut Bar Mount, Low Vibration & Easy Chain Tensioning – Precision & Operator Comfort

The bar-mount design enables cuts flush to any surface with no standoff — essential for corner cuts, wall openings, and ceiling work where clearance is zero. The anti-vibration system and well-balanced body reduce operator fatigue on extended deep-cut sessions. Traditional screw-based chain tensioning allows quick, tool-free adjustments on site.

Performance Benefits for Contractors

  • 550mm cutting depth from one side — deeper than any standard power cutter, ideal as a wall saw complement
  • Flush cutting against walls, floors & ceilings — bar-mount design with zero standoff distance
  • 4"×4" minimum opening size — precision cuts for small openings without overcutting corners
  • Zero exhaust emissions — approved for indoor, occupied, and emission-regulated environments
