High-Capacity Dust Containment for Large-Format Vacuums

Each MIDI cassette unfolds into a 25-metre (82 ft) continuous liner, yielding approximately 25–30 individual bags per cassette. At 6 mil thick and manufactured from a 3-layer polyethylene material, the liner handles heavy dust loads from concrete prep, surface grinding, and large-area jobsite cleanup without tearing or leaking.

Hygienic, Outside-Seal Bag Replacement

The Longopac system is sealed and changed entirely from the outside — zero contact with collected dust or debris. Zip-tie, cut, and swap in seconds. This closed-system design protects operators from dust exposure during bag changes, making it ideal for silica and fine-particle environments.

How the Longopac System Works

The bagging material is precision-folded into a compact cassette using specifically developed folding machines. As the cassette feeds, you zip-tie and cut each bag at the desired length — giving you custom bag sizes on demand with minimal material waste and low per-bag cost compared to traditional vacuum bags.
