The DE 120S H is the latest addition to our DE line dust extractor range. Designed with simplicity on top of mind, but without compromising on performance.
It is a perfect partner for those requesting a simple full flow cyclonic jet-pulse machine with market leading weight and size ratio at a very attractive price point.
The DE 120S H is fully H class with HEPA H13 filtration efficiency according to EN1822-1 and MIL-STD-282. Updated regulations in the H class standard (EN 60335-2-69: Annex AA) have opened up for the possibility to move away from audible to visual alarm. The new DE120S H HMI only consists of a visual light that flashes when air velocity in the system falls below 20 m/s or 60 ft/s and a filter cleaning procedure needs to take place.
The machine is operated by an on/off switch, with a main power on the opposite side of the machine (same as DE120 H).
The DE120S H does not have electronically controlled airflow (e-Flow), multi hose selector, or embedded connectivity or predictive maintenance services.

Continuous high performance: The ingenious e-flow system automatically adjusts air flow to prolong time between filter cleanings, allowing operators to work longer without interruption.
High safety standards: The dust extractor complies with the latest H-class standards for dust extractors for heavy-duty usage. It contains a HEPA filter (with EN1822 certification) which is separated from the pre-filter. An integrated filter alarm with adjustable hose diameter indicates when it is time to clean the filter. Cleaning can be done by simply pressing a button.
Easy to transport: Thanks to its compact size and light weight, the dust extractor is easy to transport. Smart details, such as lifting hooks, the possibility to attach hoses, wand and floor tool to the machine, and the ability to drive it on its two wheels allow for smooth maneuvering.
Easy to clean and maintain: The high water protection standard allows for easy cleaning and decontamination of the machine. The HMI gives warnings on operational maintenance for early and on-site troubleshooting.
