Step 2 of the Premera One Day Polish System

Premera Crystal Guard is a single-component polycarbonate polymer guard that delivers superior abrasion and chemical stain resistance to polished concrete finished with Premera Crystal Densifier. As Step 2 of the One Day Polish System, Crystal Guard seals and protects the polished surface — providing several hours to permanent protection against the most common stain-causing agents found in commercial and residential environments.

Crystal Guard is applied with a microfiber pad and burnished with a 3,000 grit diamond pad followed by a white buffing pad. It can be continuously burnished to restore and maintain sheen over time, making it ideal for high-traffic floors that need ongoing maintenance without re-coating. Available as a gallon.

One Day Polish System – How It Works

• Step 1 – Crystal Densifier: Spray onto 100 transitional profile concrete. Wait 1 hour. Burnish with diamond pad (up to 3,000 grit) to achieve mirror finish.
• Step 2 – Crystal Guard: Apply with microfiber pad. Burnish with 3,000 grit diamond pad, then white buffing pad. Protects the polished surface from stains, acids, and abrasion. Continuously burnishable to maintain sheen.
