The Blastrac 1-8DM is a portable, lightweight shot blasting system that runs on single phase common power and is perfect for smaller jobs such as residential garage floors, pool decks and small industrial floors. The machine is pushed forward with manual travel speed and has an 8.75 inch blast pattern making it capable of reaching corners and small spaces.
Work virtually dust free - The shot blasting machine has to be connected to a Husqvarna industrial dust collector to create a closed circut. This means that you are able to work virtually dust free, creating a better work environment.
Powerful and durable - Heavy-duty blast wheel drive system, single phase with 2 (110V) or 3 hp (230V) motor, belt drive and long-life bearing unit.
Easy to operate - The machine comes with an on/off switch and handle to open and close the shot valve. Designed for easy operation and minimal room for operator error.
Easy to control - The shot blaster comes with one swivel caster in front and two fixed wheels at the back for more precise control of the machine.
Resource smart solution - Reusing the abrasives makes this a resource-smart solution. Also no water is used and wasted and no chemicals are used during the blasting process.
