PowerPAVE Aliphatic Rubber Paving Re-Coat 70 is a single-component, moisture-cured polyurethane binder engineered to restore, re-bond, and re-seal aging rubber paving surfaces. Its low-viscosity formula penetrates deeply into the surface matrix — reviving structural integrity and locking in color without the cost of full replacement.

Formulated with premium aliphatic polyurethane chemistry, this re-coat delivers exceptional UV stability. No yellowing. No color fade. Just long-lasting protection that holds up season after season on driveways, walkways, playgrounds, and commercial surfaces.

Best applied with a high-viscosity sprayer for uniform and even coverage. Roller application is also supported but requires more material and may leave roller lines.

Covers approximately 1,400 sq ft when sprayed and comes packaged in a 5-gallon pail.
