Unlike conventional deodorizers that simply mask odors with fragrance, Odor Block works at the molecular level — attaching itself to odor-causing vapors and causing them to fall away undetected once the product is applied and exposed to air.

Nothing happens until the formula is activated by oxygen upon surface application, making it safe to store, transport, and mix without premature activation. Premera Odor Block is also compatible with other solvent-based coating products, giving it broad utility across a wide range of application scenarios where odor management is a priority.

How Premera Odor Block Works

Premera Odor Block uses a chemical neutralization mechanism rather than fragrance masking. Once applied to a surface and exposed to oxygen, the active molecules attach to solvent vapors and neutralize them at the molecular level — eliminating odor without altering the performance characteristics of the host coating. The result is a noticeably cleaner air environment during and after application, improving working conditions in enclosed or low-ventilation spaces.

Compatible Coating Systems

Premera Odor Block is designed for use with Premera T2 MCM, Fusion Primer, and Crystal Densifier. It is also compatible with other solvent-based products, making it a versatile odor control solution across multiple coating system types. It is not intended for Wet-On-Wet T2 application methods.

How to Use Premera Odor Block

Stir, gently shake, or mix one full bottle of Premera Odor Block into a 1-gallon pail of Premera T2 MCM, Fusion Primer, or Crystal Densifier before application. Ensure thorough incorporation through stirring or gentle agitation. Do not mix into T2 for Wet-On-Wet application.
