Automated Floor Grinding with Operator Control

The navigation system scans the room at a distance and directly in front of the machine to maintain awareness of its position and surroundings. Using the handle-mounted touch screen, the operator defines the work area, starting point, grinding pattern and overlap. The straightforward interface supports quick setup after a short introduction.

Remote-Controlled Concrete Grinding and Polishing

Sharing features with the PG 8 DR, this powerful planetary grinder supports applications from surface preparation and removal through concrete and stone floor grinding and polishing. Integrated weights let you vary grinding pressure to suit the task.

User-Friendly Remote Control

The large anti-glare remote screen displays power consumption, incoming current and motor RPMs. In Auto mode, it also provides live progress updates and an estimated finish time. The operator can override Auto mode and take control with the remote at any time.

Sensors and Safety Systems

Certified safety functions include a shroud bumper sensor, obstacle detection and sensors for restricted hoses or cables. An under-pressure sensor detects when the dust extractor is not operating properly. Faults are communicated through the machine touch screen and remote control, and the machine stops when the safety system is triggered. Once the cause is resolved, resetting the safety key allows self-operation to resume. Follow the operating instructions and required site safety procedures.
